How to add your vocabulary

1. Open an existing template or create a new one

Go to the « Templates » section from the main menu and select an existing template or click on « Create new templates ».

2. Add your specific keywords or expressions

  • In the « Prompt » section, insert your professional vocabulary (e.g., legal or technical terms) into a dedicated section such as "General instructions"

  • Separate words or expressions with commas or line breaks for better readability.

  • Use the Markdown format to structure your instructions.

1. 3. Save your changes

Click "Save” to apply your updates. The AI will now take these terms into account to produce more accurate documents.
