What are Assistant Prompts?

• Maintain consistency in how you interact with the AI
• Save time by not rewriting common requests
• Standardize workflows across your team
• Quickly access complex or detailed instructions

  2. Locate the Save button: Look for the "Save Prompt" option near the assistant interface

Best practices for saving prompts

Use clear names: Choose names that clearly indicate the prompt's purpose (e.g., "Contract Analysis Template" or "Meeting Summary Format")
Include context: Add descriptions explaining the best use cases for each prompt
