How to create a personalized email with Whisperit
Step 1: Set Up Your “Personalized Email” Template
Go to the dictation area
Open Whisperit and click on “Templates” to access the list of available models.
Edit the “Personalized Email” template
Select this template and customize it in the
promptsection. Make sure to edit the following elements :Your name, role, and professional contact details.
Your vocabulary, jargon, and writing style.
A set of about ten emails you’ve previously written. The AI will use them to learn and replicate your email tone.
Save the template
Once the prompt is updated, click “Save.”
You’ll now have an email model adapted to your unique voice.
Step 2: Use your “Personalized Email” template
Open the template or create a new document
Open Whisperit and click on « Email Personnalisé » to create a new document based on the template.
Dictate or write your email brief
Click the record button and speak naturally, explaining the key points to include in your email.
Review and finalize the email
Read through the generated result and make any necessary adjustments.
