If I upload a document into a chat, is it saved permanently?

No, documents uploaded directly into a chat session are only available for that conversation. To keep a document permanently and make it available across sessions, upload it into a Case or your Vault instead.

Tip: If you uploaded a file in a conversation and want to keep it more permanently, you can also ask the assistant to move it to your Vault or a Case directly.
