Case management is the foundation of legal practice. Whisperit provides a structured approach to organizing client cases, matters, and related documents.

Creating a New Case

  1. Navigate to the Cases section

  2. Click '+ New Case'

  3. Enter case name, client information, and matter type

  4. Set matter dates and case status

  5. Assign team members

Case Structure


Each case contains:

Managing Cases


Update case status, team assignments, and documentation as matters progress. Use filters and search to quickly find specific cases.

Case Statuses

  • Active: Ongoing matters requiring attention

  • Pending: Awaiting action or information

  • On Hold: Temporarily paused matters

  • Closed: Completed or resolved matters
