How do I find a chat I had with a case earlier?

Go to the Assistant section, your recent conversations are listed there. You can also use the global search bar at the top right to find any past chat, document, or case.

Tip: You can also ask the assistant directly: "Find the conversation where I talked about..." it should work, though a dedicated "chat history per case" view is coming soon.
